Leiper's Fork is the only historic village on the Tennessee portion of the Natchez Trace Parkway and offers the quaintness of the past and the convenience of the present.  Leiper was the last name of one of the men in the original group of settlers who founded Nashville.  Leiper was the fellow who explored the area and found a fork in the crick - hence, “Leipers Fork”.  This open air theater hosts concerts from local bands and movies for the whole family!
